New Phorest Customers
You will receive a personal phone call in 1-2 working days from a Phorest Sales Business Advisor to discuss your preferred dates for a seamless migration and onboarding with Phorest.

Existing Phorest Customers
You will receive a personal phone call in 1-2 working days from your dedicated Phorest Salon Success Manager to discuss applying your L’Oréal Level reward to your  Phorest account.

Loreal Level Terms & Conditions 1/ Any amounts payable for services provided (and associated Sales Tax, if applicable) beyond the subscription package will be invoiced and collected on a monthly basis from the L’Oreal Level member salon 2/ Sales tax (if applicable) on the Subscription package covered under the L’Oreal Level Program is payable by the L’Oreal Level member salon and will be invoiced and collected monthly 3/ Points redeemed under the program are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other benefits, or points under any circumstances, and do not carry any monetary value outside of the stated offers. In the event of a cancellation prior to the completion of the redemption period, the remaining points balance is forfeited. 4/ The subscription discount included in the L’Oreal offer will apply to list price only 5/ Standard pricing will resume after period of points redemption expires 6/ Existing Phorest customers cannot redeem L’Oreal Level points against a lower priced package than what they are currently using
