For example, you sign up in May 2019 and are automatically enrolled into Bronze. Once you buy $5,000 during 2019, you will be upgraded to Silver for the rest of 2019 and through 12/31/2020. If you have not spent $5,000 in 2020, you will be moved back down to Bronze starting Jan 1, 2021.
