The Archer Hotel

IMPORTANT: Please do not call the hotel directly. Before the Salon Customer redeems points for the Archer Hotel on the Level Loyalty website, the Salon Customer must first call our RESERVATION NUMBER 1-800-545-8157 to confirm hotel availability for dates requested.

1. Once availability is confirmed, select your desired room type (single occupancy or double occupancy).
2. Next, select "Quantity," which is the total number of nights you wish to book. If you wish to book 2 Double Rooms for 4 nights each, for example, you can redeem for a total of 8 nights in a Double Room and the concierge will split it into two separate orders under the same LEVEL Order Number.
3. Booking on the Level Loyalty Rewards site is only for point redemption for the Archer Hotel and does not automatically confirm your Archer Hotel Reservation until a conversation with the reservation concierge has been completed.
4. Within 48 hours of the confirmed redemption, you need to contact the Reservation Concierge (which is not the hotel) directly at 1-800-545-8157 to confirm your check-in and check-out dates and provide other booking information, such as the name of the salon as well as the names of the stylists who will be staying and their roommates.
5. The Exchange Reservation Concierge will contact the Archer Hotel directly and book the reservation for the dates listed and will email you the final hotel reservation confirmation number. Do not call the hotel directly.
