LEVEL - Education Cancellation Policies

Policies for all education redeemed through Level.

  1. Academies (LP Soho/Redken Exchange/Matrix):
    • Refunds only good if class canceled prior to 30 days – points will be given back &/or credit card payment if paid half with a credit card
    • No refunds if cancelling with less than 30 days before event
    • Member may reschedule for another class at different time

  2. In-Salon Artist (EMS):
    • Refunds only 30 days prior to event date – points will be given back &/or credit card payment if paid half with a credit card
    • No refunds if cancelling with less than 30 days before event

  3. RK Pillar, Certifications:
    • No refunds after class is confirmed

  4. Matrix Destination/Redken Symposium/LP World Tour-Global Experience/K Conservatory (Premium events, same for shows):
    • No refunds after redemption of event
    • Member may transfer registration to another professional

  5. Third Party and SC (SalonCentric) Classes:
    • All tickets sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable
