In order to create a universal experience for salon guests, Kerastase has defined the standards of the client journey. Partnering with the DMS agency for the Mystery Shopper Program, the objective is to measure the quality of service delivered to the salon guest.  Salon will be mystery shopped in one wave with two salon visits.  The visits are measured on the 7-K Standards.
