For just under two decades, Ashley Brown has spent her career educating on how to properly love and care for hair of all different texture types, with a focus on the mid-highly textured hair guests. Curls, Coils, and Waves!

After spending most of her childhood in the excitement of a fast-paced family-owned salon, it was only natural for Ashley to transition into the industry as a young adult. Fast forward 18 years and her passion for hair and desire to progress has added Salon Owner, Mentor, Texpert, and Mizani Artist to her cosmetology tool belt.

A love for knowledge, education and diversity of all things hair has shaped her career today. Working for Mizani as a 'Texpert', Mizani Artist for the past four years, she has spread that wealth of knowledge all over the U.S! And now thanks to new digital platforms, to further reaches of the world. Ashley has owned a full-service salon, Cheveux Salon in Milwaukee, WI for 9 years, during which she has cultivated a multicultural and diverse team and clientele, giving her all the tools and access to continue the mission of diversity and inclusivity throughout this amazing industry.
